How to Cut a Malformed Snowflake (on purpose :-)

Odd sided or malformed snowflakes are indicated on the classification charts as 5 sided crystals. It took me a while but I worked up these instructions to help explain how to make a beautifully odd-sided or 5-sided snowflake out of an ordinary sheet of paper. Print the instruction sheet to use as a reference when cutting the odd looking crystal located in the pattern section.
