Favorite Tutorial Discoveries on the Internet

Every now and then I stumble upon a tutorial that is just too good or unique not to share with my visitors. Most of these tutorials are easy enough, and located on web sites with content suitable for children. Please use caution, as there are a few links to youtube and other sites that may have links to objectionable material.

While I visit from time to time, I'm not a fan of youtube, twitter, facebook or any of the hysterical social media outlets with the never ending babble, bedlam, caterwauling and clamor. After a while you begin questioning whether or not the voices in your head are really yours (joke, please).

The Internet is not the wise Old Man River of information, it is a tsunami wave, a tragic, torrent of uncontrollable muck and mire flooding our brains, destroying our ability to concentrate, preventing us from enjoyment of quiet solitude.

I believe this is evident in the quality - or should I say - nonquality of the movies produced over the past few years, not to mention the plethora of toys that virtually play themselves then fall apart quickly. Without the bells and whistles of special effects most movies would read like preschool stories.

Oh, and please enjoy these tutorials.
